The initial enquiry is free of charge. After that you can purchase hours either singly or in blocks of 10 hours at a discount on the hourly rate, or, in the case of NDIS or Aged Care Documentation you can buy the policy documents (and forms) for a fixed rate plus an allowance of hours to deal with audit questions..
Meetings between IWrite4U and yourself are usually via Zoom or M/s Teams to maximise the time we work for you and minimise lost time due to travel. If you prefer, we can come to you. We will charge travel based on the distance travelled and the time taken from the time we leave the office until the time we arrive back at the office.
Please note that, as most contacts are one-off, services are provided on a prepaid basis. Unused hours will be refunded at the end of the project, or you can choose to carry the hours over for future use. Services will not be provided until the invoice is paid.
No Warranty
Documentation and assistance are based on the written rules, regulations and requirements of the various authorities involved. No allowance can be made for individual auditors, inspectors etc as the interpretation of the rules varies with the person doing the interpretating.
Therefore, despite our best efforts, the documents (especially NDIS) may be queried or notified as deficient. The cost quotes sent to you will generally have a time allowance for dealing with these queries to ensure you accomplish your goals.
Advice
There may be times when we recommend that you not attempt to apply for registration, tender etc for reasons which we will explain. These recommendations are not made lightly, and we will suggest ways to improve your chances of success.
