Bob holds a degree in Accounting and Financial Management as well as completing other industry specific training. He has been working as a Business Advisor and Mentor since July 2015 and has assisted almost 1,000 clients. He has worked with existing and intending NDIS Service Providers to maintain, improve or establish businesses. He is somewhat of an expert in preparing Policies and Procedures necessary to the proper operation of their businesses.


In addition, Bob has gained, over 40 years of his work life, experience in banking, finance, sales and sales management, developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies and procedures, workers compensation insurance, back to work coordination, education, public speaking, and employment practices and procedures.


In recent years he has developed his skills in technical writing and the development of policies and procedures for clients. He has built on previous experience to assist clients to develop logical and informative documents which answer the questions and address the information needs of those using and assessing the documents and the business.


He can bring to bear over 40 years of business experience on clients’ situations to help them move from idea to realisation in the best possible way.  At the same time, he can help businesses understand and put in place all the policies and procedures required by law. He can help with other management processes which allow businesses to keep an eye on the financial health of their growing businesses.
